Kui oled algaja, ava endale "Personal Starter" konto. Selle kontoga saad internetis šopata ilma, et peaks muretsemata enda isikuandmete turvalisuse eest.
"Personal Starter" konto annab suurepärase võimaluse saata raha enda sõpradele ja sugulastele, võtta vastu raha ja maksta interneti teel täiesti TASUTA!
"Personal Starter" kontoomanikule on määratud kontole laekuva raha ülekande limiidid ja s.o maksimaalselt $400 USD kuus või kumulatiivselt (kõik ülekanded kokku) $2000 USD. Kui see limiit ületatakse, küsitakse omanikult autoriseemisdokumente.

If you are new to online payment processing, this is the account for you.

• Monthly receiving limit of $400**.
• Lifetime receiving limit of $2000**.
• Make credit card payments.

* No access to Business tools.
** To waive limits, you must upgrade to Pro or Business

The Personal Pro account is for the regular online shopper or seller! We guarantee the safety of your personal information so you can shop and sell without worrying.
For the casual online seller, the Personal Pro account offers you access to a number of business tools to help you succeed online.

• Low receiving fee of 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction*.
• Accept credit card payments.
• Access to Business Tools, such as "Buy Now" and "Subscribe Now" buttons and InstantPayment Notification.
• Send mass payments to groups of people.
• Multiple currencies to accept worldwide payments.
• Earn money through referrals**.

*5% + $0.25 for credit card payments.
**Referrals must open a Pro/Business account and transact at least $250.
